一直用京东到家总体感觉还是挺好的，提几个小建议：沃尔玛如有商品缺货应及时下架，不要在平台上卖，要不买家已经付款了客服才要通知退款；还有就是给顾客挑选应严选，不应挑不好的和日期快到的！最后希望贵平台越做越好，多来点优惠活动和优惠券谢谢！
流氓平台
开了平台的连续包月忘了关被平台违反协议里的到期前24小时扣费，提前了三天扣费，并且没有退款渠道，电话客服也没有活人，在线客服的人工客服藏得很深无法直接呼出只有点击特定选项才会跳出人工客服选项，客服态度也很差，回避我对于他们反协议提前扣费的质问，后续客服给出的方案也仅有补偿优惠券，对于我这个不愿再在他们平台消费的人而言优惠券没有任何价值所以被我拒绝，之后12315也与平台蛇鼠一窝袒护平台不对平台做出处罚，难怪有恃无恐敢随便扣消费者的钱。
2023年10月21日 晚八点半 气到卸载
今天在“京东到家”app上下单了菜品，下午六点左右下单的，七点半接到商家电话说没货了，遂退款，选择了另一家，然后巧的是，八点半，又接到商家电话说没货，呵呵哒，浪费了我两个多小时的时间！！真的不明白，处理一个订单需要一个多小时吗，配送时间长就不说了，没货了不应该及时通知顾客吗？对这个app彻底失望，我的评价是，不如美团！望自省吧，用了这么多年了，这是第一次对这个app感觉没有什么希望了，再见吧
